Hi all,
Just wondering if people could chat about their favorite slings? I'm looking for one, but was wondering if there were any out there better than the popular NoJo. If not, any place to get a NoJo that's not that boring gray/black color? I see mama's wearing all these cool slings in amazing fabrics but have no idea where they get them!

Also, we're getting a Baby Bjorn Active (I have a bad back) -- is there real-life use to have both the Bjorn & a sling??? I plan on breastfeeding -- will a sling be better than the Bjorn when out & about?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me in steering me in a much-needed direction!

Post this question on the "Places To Go: Carriers" forum. That's where all the sling talk is. There are many many slings to choose from and most of them are found online, not in actual stores.

You have to check out www.hotslings.com I discovered them too late. My son is 1 and I bought it anyways to hip carry him. But my life would have been so much easier with this sling because I could have nursed him in public so easily! They are very affordable, easy to use and come in pretty colors.

PS You also should check out the Carrier section of these boards.

I agree with Priscilla- I love my Hotsling. It is a non-adjustable pouch and while many prefer adjustable, I like how easy and simple mine is. And it was only $25. For that price, you can try it out and then decide what you want/need in a sling.

Kristen (the owner) has awesome customer service and beautiful fabrics. I wanted a black lycra material whcih she didn't carry but she did offer to find it for me (which she did).
