Down from $29.99 last I checked. Only in two colors, all black, or light blue with gray middle. $5.50 shipping to me, so I couldn't resist! They're just so cute!

Edited to correct the title, it's the Shortcut, not the Mini/Metro.

Hi,

There is a free shipping code out there, and also Sierra Trading Post has "riddles" that you can put into the comment section when checking out that allows you to get free shipping. They have great customer support, so if you call them with your order # and the free shipping riddle or the code (say you forgot to enter it when you placed the order), they will probably credit back your shipping.

The details are here:

Also, the T2 shortcut is different from the T2 metro. The shortcut has an additional option that allows you to carry it as a waistpack. The plus is that you get that option, the negative is it makes the bag heavier and you can fit a little less into it. But this is a great price!

Here is a link with a 10% off at STP code I posted a while back. I think it should still work. If you are calling them to get free shipping from the riddle, you may want to try the code as I know you can use both at the same time.

Wow...what a great price. Does anyone currently own this? Any feedback on it? Photos of the inside?

Thanks!

Here is a thread where someone compared the Shortcut and Metro that you may want to read. It also includes pictures.

I have both a Metro and the Shortcut myself and the Shortcut is definitely smaller. I generally leave the Shortcut in my car to use as my "restaurant bag" when we go out to eat with the kids and need a few snacks and toys to keep them entertained but I don't really keep diapering stuff in it. I just leave my regular diaper bag in the car.

I haven't used the Metro as a diaper bag though and haven't tried to pack both bags with the same things as the person did in the link, but I agree that the Metro would definitely hold more. Just know that the Shortcut and even the Metro are probably not the best choices unless you are a light packer.

I had a Shortcut and returned it - it was way too small, even for a quick trip bag, IMO. The waist strap is very bulky and can't be detached, so if you aren't using it, it tucks in a back pocket and reduces the space in the bag by at least a third. You definitely couldn't fit a sippy cup in the bag unless you were carrying it as a fanny/waist pack.

Question... I'm not at all interested in the fanny pack feature, so would it be possible/functional/a good idea, for me to just cut off the waist strap? That would save me the space of storing it. I haven't gotten the bag yet, so I'm not really sure how it's configured. Is ther eone strap for shoulder carrying, and another one for waist carrying, or is it one strap that you have to switch back and forth?
TIA!

You can just cut it off, I'm sure, but since it isn't attached with just a simple strip of fabric/canvas (there is a bunch of padding in there too), it would look pretty bad. I had considered that option but decided to just return the Shortcut. The shoulder strap is completely separate from the waist strap.

Shoot, then! I haven't gotten it yet, so I was hoping it could be easily removed. I really like the idea of the bag itself, especially at that price, but if I can't remedy that with a bit of sewing surgery, it will be going back as well!

Thank you!
