Where can I buy a strap for a Skip Hop?

I somehow lost the strap to my Skip Hop. I emailed their CS, but they haven't emailed me back, so I plan on calling them tomorrow. On the off chance that they won't sell me one separately, is there anywhere else I can buy just the strap? Thanks!

I did the same thing! I emailed them and they replied back (it came in my spam folder on AOL btw) and all I had to do was send them my address and they said they would send me a new one! Hopefully I will get it soon! Good luck! (It did take a couple days for a reply though)

Yay! Michael from Skip Hop CS emailed me and they'll send me a new one! I can't wait to use this bag again!
