Is Anyone Else's Marsupial Rubber Shoulder Pad Peeling?

I sent an email to Loom, but thought I'd ask here too. The rubber part of the shoulder strap has been peeling/flaking more and more lately. I've had the bag since March (I think) but only use it 2-3 days per week, so I was surprised to see it showing wear already. I'm getting tired of picking black flakes off my clothing, so hopefully they can do someething to replace the pad or strap.

Just thought I'd ask if anyone else had experienced this problem too.

I've been using my marsupial for 4 x a week for about 6 months and have had no problems with the rubber. I hope that Loom can fix it for you.
