A Hole in My T2 Metro!!

Grrrr. I've had this bag for maybe 4 months, and a hole has developed along the elastic edging of the outer bottle holder!! Anyone have any experience dealing with T2 on stuff like this? I got the bag at an EMS, and don't know if I have the receipt of not.....

ETA: Double grrr. I don't have the receipt. And a merchandise credit won't get me the same bag at the same price, since I didn't pay shipping with this purchase.

Don't T2's have a life time warranty? You should be able to email/call their customer service and they'll be able to help you out. I dont know what an EMS is but the company does warranty their stuff.
The only thing happening to my Metro is the little key clip came off. I just stitched it back on. But I don't use the outside pocket for anything other than my cell phone. I use the inside net pocket to hold a sippy cup.
Good luck though. I love my T2 bags!
