Anyone have a dobre goods bag? I purchased one nwt off of swap in the cirque print. I really like the bags and get quite a few compliments on it but after the first week of use it started to look faded and dirty esp. the straps. Oh, and the fabric "pills" too. I tried cleaning it w/ soap and water but that didn't seem to help. I need to contact dobre goods and see if they can help me out. tia.
