Ugh. I am loving my MommyBag, but not loving the broken zipper! I emailed them today (I think it was just past business hours, so no reply yet). It just came apart over the weekend. I didn't overstuff my bag or anything.

I thought I remembered reading here that one or two others have had the same problem. Did you have any luck getting it fixed? I just bought this bag with the coop this summer.

I am so bummed.

I had a broken zipper from my Kecci also. I emailed the contact from the co-op and she gave me an address to mail it back. I received a replacement a week later.

It does seem like a lot of zippers have broken. I think I would request a refund instead of a replacement.

I got a reply first thing this morning. I have to mail my bag back to them and they'll send me a brand new one.

I love this bag too much to get a refund.

I believe zen_bliss said they told her they were switching to different zippers.

Mine came apart very easily as well.

Anyway, apparently their policy has changed, but I was lucky that they even only needed a digital photo to replace mine, once the new bags came in.

I wouldn't ask for a refund, I think it's a great bag.

My zipper broke about a week after I got it! I was really disappointed, but since my DH was the one who broke it I just assumed he'd man-handled it. ;) Plus, I love the bag so much that it didn't even occur to me to return it! I've been thinking about adding velcro to the flap, but I guess I'll contact them regarding an exchange. But, it'll be tough doing without it for even a few days...

My zipper also broke. I sent them the bag and a week later had my replacement!

It's a great bag, especially for the co-op price. I'm always on the lookout for a different color.
