LE large tailored tote question

Can someone with this bag please tell me if the straps are long enough to allow the bag to be hung over stroller handles. I have a P3.

I have the LE large canvas tote which is the exact same size and style as the tailored tote and the straps were NOT long enough to go over both hanldes of my Pliko at the same time. I am able to hang it through both of my Kel-Gar stroll'r swivel'rs hooks just fine though. I have the hooks hanging from those little loops on each handle. I can also hang the bag on just one handle without the hook if I want.

I have this bag in black. It's a great bag for the price. Lots of room. My only complaint is that the handles are not long enough to wear on my shoulder, but I'm more of a backpack girl and like to have my hands free. This is my big bag that I don't plan on using every day for errands, so the shorter handles aren't that big of a deal to me. If you want, I can take pics and e-mail them to you if you'd like or try posting them here (not sure how to do it, so someone would have to tell me).
