Last Sunday (1 week ago) the Marshalls I visited had a huge bin of Clean Shopper shopping cart covers for $19.99. I don't get to Marshalls often, so I'm not sure if they are still there or not. They were all a gender-neutral animal/zoo print.
I was at the Marshalls in the Katy Mills mall outside of Houston.
