I have quite a lot in here (for me at least):
4 size 3 diapers, wipes
KS changing pad
Avent 9-oz & take & toss sippy (both fit easily in the two side bottle pockets)
hotsling
change of clothes
sweater
burp cloths
disposable bibs
several toys
misc. other stuff: packet of diaper disposal bags, hand sanitizer, orajel, sunblock stick, packet of disinfecting wipes, extra pacifier
plus wallet and cell in zipper pocket

I have been wanting this bag for months, but I couldn't bring myself to spend the $ on it. But now that Ava is older, I need something bigger than my little WW Katie to hold the toys, bibs, spoons and snacks she needs now. And after ordering and returning four bags over the past month, my DH finally said, "Why don't you just get that Kate Spade one you want? It seems like it would be the perfect size."

Well, I don't have to be told twice! One of the local dept. stores carries them so I bought it yesterday. It's so cute! It is a HUGE improvement over the boxy KS tote I bought (and returned) before Ava was born. It's light and roomy and there are plenty of pockets inside (one large zippered pocket and six open pockets of varying sizes -- two big enough for diapers and wipes, a couple smaller for cell phone, bottles). The strap is adjustable and can easily be worn messenger style. The inside is black, but with all the pockets it doesn't bother me the way the old KS tote did.

Capacity-wise, I think it holds about the same as the A7. The fabric is sturdy enough that the bag doesn't look "stuffed" even when it is. It comes with a large, nicely padded black changing pad that rolls up and closes with velcro.

I haven't left the house with it yet, so I need to take it on a few trial runs, but I think it's going to be perfect for us. Plus, I really feel like I'm carrying a purse, not a diaper bag, which is the look I've been going for.

Here's the one I got. Love the pink! I've also seen it in solid pink and black nylon and black dot noel.

Thanks for the review Robyn! Please post some pictures of the bag's interior packed. I love this bag in the black nylon.

Robyn, I just got the Kate Spade Roger Bag (in pink, like yours) about a month ago, and I LOVE it. It's a great size, and actually has a little bit of organization in it (unlike some KS bags). The only drawback is the black interior, but that hasn't bothered me too much. I get compliments on it everywhere I go - You're going to love it!

OK, now I want this bag!! LOL I have the messenger baby bag, and I have liked it and used it a lot, but the lack of pockets has always bugged me. This looks like a fun alternative! :)

Does anyone have:
