Here's the bag I made

I finally finshed it last month.I like it.The only thing I'd change is to use more interfacing.The top is a little floppy.I changed the pattern to have small pockets on the outside but it's hard to tell from picture.They're a little to small to put a cup.I just went to JoAnn fabric store and bought some cordurory to make another.:-)

I love it. Would you mind if I asked which pattern you used and where you bought it? I have been looking online and didn't really see anything I really liked. I finally got my wish to be laid off and will be a SAHM soon (yeah!). I thought trying to sew my own tote would be a fun hobby to try.

it next time.The pattern didn't have pockets inside so I added them and the small outside ones though I wouldn't bother w/small ones next time.I think it would be easier not to use a pattern.Just look at a tote you have and take measurement and add couple of inches for seams.
Congrats at being a SAHM.It has it's challenges both financial and patience wise but it's rewards are worth it.:-)
