View Full Version : Who makes a good holder for "mom stuff" in diaper bag?

I have a PPB boxy backpack, and I'm wondering who makes a good little bag to put inside it for my stuff. I need something that can hold my wallet, keys, and perhaps some lipstick or mints. I know Fleurville has the Escape Pods, but they seem to small to hold my stuff (although I haven't seen them in real life- only on the internet).

Thanks in advance!

Sorry- I didn't mean to refer to the escape pods- I meant the writstlets look too small.

The wristlet is pretty small. I use mine everyday. It won't hold a wallet but if you can live with just a few credit cards, id, etc. it holds them well along with keys and lipstick. I noticed that Posh by Tori has wristlet/cosmetic bags that are larger than the Fleurville ones.

check out the cosmetic bags at www.chesterhandbags.com. they sell a Mom Diaper Insert Bag in small or large for this specific reason...they're great! the small size is 6x9 but when opened is 12x9...inside are two clear pockets, like the escape pod, and zips to close. it has a velcro closure when you fold to close.

That's a neat idea but that little velcro dot holds it closed? Don't the sides bulge? I think I would want something that sort of stayed closed - I could see that velcro popping open all the time. Anyone have one to review - neat idea!

I really love my Loom Watermelon Clutch- but it won't hold a very big wallet. It is bigger than the Fleurville, cute and durable.

I really like the Sonia Kashuk bags at Tarjay. They're vinyl, and I think they're cute, but inexpensive.

I use a Le Sport Sac purse. You can get it in many different fabrics.

Here's a second to the Loom Watermelon clutch! I carry it with me everywhere!

I just got a blue chocolate Fleurville wristlet to match my new A7 and I love it. It's small, but it holds everything I need and is great for grab and go. I usually just carry my CC's and cash in a holder. Although yesterday I also had one pad, ziploc of medicine (gasx and tums) and it fit well.

Good luck with your search!

Old Navy also has some inexpensive wristlets that may suit you.
