The Peg clips are a little tricky because, to me, they seem to turn the wrong direction (we have an Aria and a Primo Viaggio). We use a Skip Hop instead on the strollers. You should also be able to loop any "backpack" type of bag that has removable shoulder holders (Eagle Creek backpacks, Bumble Bags, etc.) on the handles too...

Thanks for the reponse. I have a Skip Hop. But, after owning a Peg Perego bag that hooked onto their clips, I am spoiled. The Skip Hop is always in the way by comparison.

Now, I own a different Peg in a fabric where no matching Peg bag is available. So, I'm on the hunt for a bag that will ulilize those clips!!! ;)

You can also get carabiner clips at any sporting goods store- they are the type of clips that mountain climbers use KWIM? Here's a pic just off the web so you can see what I'm talking about: http://www.lazerdesigns.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Product_Count=0&Screen=PROD&Store_Code=01&Product_Code=C8&Category_Code=01

They come in a ton of sizes and colors. I know my local craft store also sells them in a mini size (about 2in long) that's perfect for fitting thru my P3's clips.

You can hang a carabiner thru the shoulder attachment of most bags, since most bags have either a plastic or metal piece attaching the shoulder strap to the bag.

Some sewing stores also sell swiveling hooks like you find on a dog leash. Those work pretty well too and have the advantage of not getting twisted up.

I have caranbeeners(sp?) clipped to my P3 and I hang my Apha 7 from them which I love and I am now spoiled too. I was very disappointed when I got my Mothership and was unable to clip it to my P3. I have not tried Skip hop but I am thinking of getting a Timbuk2, that should clip on, right?

How do you hang your A7 on your stroller with the clips? Are the clips attached to the backpack straps or the long strap? I haven't figured out a good system yet.

We've just been using the "links" that you can find at any toy store (and you probably have some at home). I took the attached picture to show the drink bar, but you can see how the links will attach to the P3. Then, you just attach the strap connectors from your diaper bag to them. I have had no problem connecting my Alpha or my LE Little Tripper. The bags are fast and easy to remove when you are ready to fold up the stroller.

I use the carabiners too with my Kecci & it works great. Wal-Mart has "mini-biners", as they call them, in their camping department that are about 1 1/2 inches & work perfectly. I think they were like $1.50 for a package of 2 of them. :)

I use carabiner clips (from an outdoors store, try REI) to attach my Ameribag Tote to my Pliko (same clip thing as the P3). It works great. I leave the carabiner clips on the stroller and just attach the bag as necessary. It would work the same with my LE LT, though I haven't used that bag in a while (I pack too much, LOL!).

I really like my Ameribag Tote. It is a great bag.

where did you get that drink tray? Do you have to remove it to collapse the stroller?
Thanks!

I do the same thing w/ mine. I have a carabeener (sp??) on each side and I clip them onto the sides of the long strap - through each ring attaching the strap to the bag. The bag fits perfectly across the back of the P3. (I never use the backpack straps)

Thanks to everyone for the ideas!

I have an Optic Atlantico and have been eyeing the A7. Will have to check them out.

I kinda wanted something BIG to double as an extra basket. Any ideas for a big bag that attaches? I was hoping that one of the Lands End ones would work...

I know the Kecci is bigger than the A7. When I used my LE Updated DIA I had to hang the strap around the handles. I'm not sure if it could attach w/carabiners?? Maybe someone else will know that. :)

I do like the Kecci bag, and the price is AWESOME! But, this is what my stroller looks like:

I think the Kecci is too feminine for the modern look of the Optic print. Maybe I'm wrong?

What do you all think???

Whoa, that is way cute! Now that I see it I'm just not thinking the Kecci will go with it. Except maybe the black?? I guess I'd have to see the two together personally. I don't think the A7 is THAT much smaller than the Kecci! ;)

IMHO, the Kecci d/n go with your (beautiful!) stroller. I would go with a plain solid color, either red, fushia or black. A Skip Hop would work in red (I can just picture mine on there and I think it would look great), or the Ameribag tote in black would work too.

I'm thinking a nice solid would be good, too.

I just want one that:

1) has hooks already in place that I can hook onto the Peg loops or

2) that has a place where I can use climbing hook thingys to hook onto the Peg loops.

The old style Lands End bag on the overstock page looked so promising, but one mommy here said that the loops on the Lands End bag are not on even, thus making the bag hang crooked. Wonder if I could just get different sized climbing hook thingys? Hmmm. I could even get it embroidered...

ETA: They have black, but I'd be tempted to go with the red.

I ordered a Timbuk-2 during the Co-op here on the boards and LOVE it but sadly it doesn't have any where you can hook on to the P-3. (That I can see anyway).

Gina, did someone mention anything about the Bumble Bags in their posts? Just wanted to let you know that I tried the Nicole on our Peg Perego Aria (there are two sets of hooks - one for each seat) and our Peg Perego Primo Viaggio single stroller and the fit is perfect!

Maybe you could either re-cover a Bumble Bag, ask someone (maybe the owner herself ? :)) to make a bag, or wait for Bumbles new season prints to come out? I'm not sure how the Jessica would fit, but the Nicole was dead on. I know that www.tangerinetots.com still sells the Nicole Bag (slightly smaller than the Jessica).

ETA: Actually, in rereading all the posts, I'm not sure I'm of any help since the D-ring hooks on the Bumble Bag would mean that the bag is sitting below the handbars of the stroller, but would still be in front of you. Was that what you were looking for? I guess I can't find a pic of the way the Peg Perego bags sit on the stroller..:)

Thank you for this review. I am still on the hunt and I appreciate more suggestions.

The Bumble Bags did actually catch my eye because of the D rings. But, the fabrics won't work for me.

I was going to get a Peg bag and see if someone would cover part of it with a great fabric that I found, but I didn't get any takers. One poster said that what I was asking may be more difficult than it seems. That certainly might be true.
