Diaper Bag Organizer & Kecci changing pad question

Does anyone know of a good diaper bag organizer that I can use inside my diaper bag? Especially with the Kecci, when the changing pad is in the bag it seems to make it difficult to get to the pockets? Also, those of you who have a Kecci, do you keep it in your bag? Like I said it seems to take up a lot of space.

Have you tried keeping the changing pad in the back pocket (where the straps are stored)? There's plenty of room there and it frees up a lot of space on the inside of the bag.

To keep things together (like change of clothes), I have used the small mesh lingerie washing bags. For diaper changing supplies, I have used Eagle Creek's clear travel bags. I recently just purchased a couple eagle creek pack it cubes. If you check out their site (I think it is www.eaglecreek.com) they have them listed there.
