Marsupial size okay for petite mom?

I'm about 5'2" and want to make sure this bag won't overpower me. I have an Alpha 7 and am very pleased with the size of it. Love everything about that bag except the velcro, so now I'm looking at the Loom Marsupial. Width-wise, are the bags similar? Can any petite moms out there comment on how the bag works for them?

I remember cringing when I first saw the Marsupial because I thought it was so wide, but I put all my stuff in it and loved the organization. At 5'4" I think I carry it pretty well and it's my daily bag now. I can't compare it to an Alpha 7 because I have never seen one IRL. I should that I ordered (and returned) the MS because I thought it was simply too large for me and the organization was very similar (if not identical) to the Marsupial.

Hi Terri, I am also petite at 5'1" and love the marsupial. I do not think that it overwhelms my frame. I love the organization and the magnetic closure. I am not a big fan of velcro.
