For those of you that followed the big Fleurville thread; I just wanted to say that I got my replacement changing pad as promised :D, packed nicely and pretty quickly to boot. If anyone is still on the fence as far as Fleurville is concerned because of the customer service issues, I would definitely say you should give them a chance again!
