Advice wanted for a small diaper bag

Hello,

I currently use a black Lands End little tripper diaper bag for most of my outings. After reading several of the posts here I now know that there are so many options out there for cute bags! I'm not sure where to even start. What would you recommend for a small bag? I don't want to spend a ton. An improvement on my current bag would be a space for cell phone and wallet. I frequently just take the diaper bag only instead of carrying a purse as well.

I'll have to think. The best diaper bags in that size range for me have not been diaper bags at all. ;-)
