I am due with my first child in March and I have been awaiting the release of the new alpha 7. Wanted to let you all know I talked to Fleurville yesterday and it has been discontinued. They are not releasing a new one. They are releasing a new bag but from what I can tell it is nothing like the A7. The new bag is due in May. So for all of you who were waiting like me you better grab an A7 while you can.

You said they were brining out a new bag.
What did they say it would be like? Just curious. I am sure it will be very cool!

Oh no! I LOVE the Alpha 7! I'm glad I have mine then, although I was hoping they'd release some new fabrics. Oh well. Can't wait to see the new bag. Thanks for the info.

Oh no! I have been coveting my sil's brown/orange corduroy striped one for months now and it has been discontinued. I couldn't find one anywhere. I'm so disappointed that they're discontinuing the bag altogether. Thanks for the info.

I think you are talking about the autumn fiesta stripe and I found a store locally that has one. I live in austin but I'm sure they would mail it to you. The store is OH BABY #(512)478-3785. Another store that still has some A7s is MAGGIE #(512)452-6822.

I'm really not sure. I was told by a local vender that it is going to be leather and larger than the A7, from what she could tell (Fleurville sent her a drawing of it). When I called Fleurville all they said was it was still in the design phase.

Wow, leather. That sounds really cool. I bet it is more $$
than the A7 :(
