Stroller liners?

For those of you who have made your own fleece stroller liners, did you design them yourselves or did you use a pattern?

I've designed my own, but using various liners and footmuffs that I already have for ideas. If it is helpful, I can try to pull out some of my liners and muffs from storage and take pics this weekend. Oooh, photos would be GREAT!!! I am looking for one to fit my black '05 MBUS (perhaps a cow print?, or perhaps something pink). Ideally it would also fit my Chicco 2002 or Pliko, but that isn't critical as I have an adjustable one from Kiddopotamus (functional, but not cute).

I want to make it with a zipper that goes around the whole thing so it can be zipped off, but leave the back on the stroller (for some padding). Like these ones: http://www.buggysnuggle.com/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Buggysnuggles_1.html
