I have never been to this forum before but I know you gals are the diaper bag experts. I need a new diaper bag that won't keep falling off. I have a Vera Bradley Diaper bag which is fine, but it falls off of my shoulder all the time now that I have to carry DD into stores and such. So I was thinking maybe a backpack or any other recommendations for a bag that will stay up. I need to stay under $50. Thanks

I haven't tried it yet but I have been looking at the Land's End backpack diaper bag. It is listed on their website www.landsend.com under the overstock section - its on sale and meets your price. I have a different Land's End bag and it is great they hold up forever but like I said I don't have any experience with the backpack. I was looking at it for my husband because he is going to need a bigger bag when #2 arrives.

Check out the "sale" page at www.chesterhandbags.com for some really cute diaper backpacks. They're $60 on sale, but there's a coupon code out there for 10% off plus free shipping. I love those bags!!!

How big are the Chester backpacks, compared to Landsend? I have a 2003 Landsend one that's too big...

Best,
Mary

I've never owned the Land's End bag, but I'd consider it a Medium sized bag. It looks kinda small, but it will really carry a lot. It's a good size that doesn't feel big at all. When I first saw it, I thought it was really small...but then I packed it up and was totally amazed! That's just the way Chester are though. They look and feel small, but can fit a whole lot.

Hi, I have both a Landsend and Chester backpack - the LE is large (perfect for airline travel, etc) and sporty while the Chester is small, cute/attractive and perfect for errands.

A good medium sized backpack is the Kecci bags - they can be a shoulder bag or backpack ($37 on the recent co-op).

Happy shopping,
