I also got this bag today - and I love it! It is not a diaper bag per se, but I love the easy clean vinyl on the interior and exterior, the sleek look and the size - it holds everything I need with a little room to spare!
Here is what I put in it:
MAIN COMPARTMENT
2 diapers
wipe case
wallet
bib
small washcloth
diaper rash creme
small makeup bag (hair clip, gum, lip gloss,etc)
INTERIOR POCKET (2 part pocket)
coupons
purell and little wipe packet
pen
keys
I also added a cell phone holder to the strap, but not sure I like it! My phone may have to just go inside the bag
This bag would be better if it had more organization (i.e.an exterior long pocket and/or bottle pockets on the inside and outside, another interior pocket) but I just added my own makeup bag and it seems fine. I know there are other bags out there with similiar organization issues (2RH, Timbuk 2) that others have remedied with little bags. Also, it is sturdy enough that I am hoping everything doesn't get all rustled up while I'm using it.
Holly makes the large messenger as a diaper bag version (although it still does not have a bottle pocket and could use even another pocket or two) but I really wanted this small version. I haven't used it IRL yet, but I love it so far!
