at WALMART!

There has been several discussions about the Escape Pod and using it inside other bags. I wanted something a that would also hold a drink as well as a couple of small toys/books. The Pod is just to small for that. Its cute, but not practical for me.

So today I took the advice from here and looked for something similar there. Well, I searched and searched and everything either looked to much like a cosmetic bag or didnt have handles on it like the Pod. Well, I about gave up and remembered that I saw a few more bags on a different aisle.

Lo and Behold..there was MY bag! (Yes, it was dusty and the only one left) but it was PERFECT for my everyday bag! Im so excited..who knew finding the right diaper bag would bring so much joy!

Here is a few pics...it was less than $13! Yes, its basic black..but oh well! I wont bore you with the measurements, etc...unless some one wants to know!

It has two key fobs(actually two bags came with it and attach to them so they wont fall out. One is a cosmetic type bag(Im usuing it for my money, credit cards, and lipstick) and another meshy one (maybe for snacks?). It even has the side for the wipes, etc...you can fit much more than the Pod. Its microfiber with faux leather on the front. There is even a pocket on the front for flat things, maybe a thin wallet. Its just great! I think next time I go, Im going to buy a back up, just in case. The brand is Modella.

And I just got the LL Bean bag yesterday and wasnt sure if it was going to work out. But this one fits inside of it! Yippee! Sorry, Chester Tote....you might have to find a new home(blue pansy..in case anyone wants to know! :) )

Love it! I just bought a Pod wanna be at Target, but I may have to check this one out, too. It's too big for inside my diaper bag, but I want a second one that I can keep packed separately as a quick trip bag. Something that fits a sippy cup would be fabulous. Thanks for sharing!

How fun! I JUST posted looking for the same kind of thing. Escape-pod like but holds a sippy cup! I'm off to Walmart today.

Funny about your pics...I was wondering why the beads were in there...thinking it was just to show off the pocket when you mentioned being Mardi Gras beads. We have a Longaberger basket filled with beads. We kept it for the longest time before we had our DS and any kid that came over always had the greatest time with them. Now they are one of my sons favorite "toys!"

Looks like a great bag! Can you give us the measurements? Also, you said you saw it in another aisle, what aisle or section was it?
Thanks

Thanks for the tip!
