Hello mamas (and dads)! I just got my Ice Blue Dash and I am in LOVE!!! It's the organization, the look, everything! It holds everything neatly in its place and keeps it all easily accessible. When hooked on the stroller with the stroller straps, everything right there at your fingertips. I can't say enough about this bag, it's perfection! I am very fond of my Skip Hop Duo also, but the Dash took all of the great things from the Duo and created the *perfect* bag. It stands up alone with its wider base. You could easily fit quite a bit in this bag because all of the interior and exterior pockets leave all this room in the center for extra clothes, extra toys, etc. I could easily fit much more than I currently pack. It is not bulky or heavy to wear. The contents wont shift because they're all packed away in pockets! ;) My husband will actually carry this one but he won't have to because the stroller will :) I can tell that the canvas is going to be very durable and hold up way longer than I will be carrying diapers. So after that time, it will have many many uses for me. I do not have the Expo yet and but I can absolutely justify owning both style for those time when you want/need a different configuration. (or just for the color!) I'm elated with the Dash and I'm sure you will be, too.

The Details:
Dimensions: 13" wide x 11.5" high x 4.5" deep
Durable PVC backed 600 denier poly-canvas
Pockets Galore!

OUTSIDE:

2 large pockets under the front flap, Velcro closure
2 side bottle pockets (big enough for an Avent bottle) Velcro closure
1 large pocket the runs the entire length of the bag on the back (perfect for the changing pad) Velcro closure

INSIDE:

2 large pockets along the back wall that go all the way down to the bottom
2 side bottle pockets to store the stroller straps, sippy cup, water bottle, phone
1 long Velcro closured slip pocket along the front of the inside of the bag
1 zipped pocket that along at the top front for mommy stuff, also has a key clip.

In my bag, the following:

3 - Size 4 diapers
1 - Wipes container
2 - Sippy Cups
1 - 16oz Arrowhead bottle water
1 - Snack Trap
1 - Package of Teddy Grahams
1 - Board Book
Hand sanitizer
Hand wipes (yes, I'm a germ phobic!)
Cell phone
Wristlet
Keys
Changing Pad

Ohhh, I can't wait to get mine now!! Thank you for the review and pics. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be big enough for me with two kiddos, but I think it'll be fine. It looks very similar to the A7, which will be great b/c I loved my A7. I'm so excited about the two exterior bottle pockets!! The organization looks great!

Thanks for the review! Oh, and I'm a germaphobe too...I carry sanitizer, wipes AND I have one of the key chain containers of hand sanitizer on my key chain. There's an episode of Seinfeld where Elaine's boyfriend Pudy is a recovering germaphobe that I completely identify with. Sadly, though, I'm not in recovery yet ;)

Lisa, The Dash holds much more than the A7, imho. The Dash has the larger outside bottle pockets, large front pockets and all the interior organization leaves so much room in the center of the bag. Tons of room for extra diapers, clothes, etc. Mine was not even nearly full in the pictures. I adore it!

I haven't seen that Seinfeld episode but I'll bet it's a riot! LOL I have to find that Purell keychain. I saw a lady at Disneyland with it last week and I was envious! LOL (seriously!)

Faaaabbuuulllous! I'm really loving this bag, but I keep wanting to hold out in case they try making them in a cord...but I may have to break down!! Yipes..!

Quick question - the black horizontal strap in the back of the bag; is that a "grab strap"? Wasn't too sure since it's (so nicely) flat in profile...

The organization is amazing it seems. Has dealing with the velco that a previous posted mentioned been an issue? LOL - I see the tags! I guess you haven't taken it for it's inaugural spin yet :)..

Oh, and you can get the tiny Purell keychains at Target - I found ours with the travel samples...

Oh, I carry my bags around with the tags intact! No, I'm kidding, I haven't taken it outdoors yet. The sippys were empty and the Snack Trap is also empty! ROTFL I'm a SAHM...not so many places to go. I posed my bag and it's contents just for you all! Ain't I sweet? :)

Yes, that is a grab strap. I forgot to mention that. The velcro is pretty strong. It keeps the pockets closed. I'm sure it will soften up with time.

If they came out with this bag in cord I would be in love! I just got a manhattan portage bag that functions almost identically (lots of pockets! and expandable, but messenger style, just like the dash...I love it!) so I can't justify the dash to myself right now...

I also have the purell key chains...my DH picked them up for me! Isn't that sweet? He always comes home from CVS with those and packets of travel wipes, LOL :)

Thanks for the great review! I've been searching hard for a new alpha 7 in blue. I think I really like the ice blue Dash now. Do you think it would go with the Zapp in mauve?

BTW, where did you order it from? Thanks!

I feel your pain. I pre-ordered mine after reading all the great posts, and I too, ordred a color that is on backorder (chocolate)
It makes the days seem sooooooo looooonngg. And when that happens, I can never beat DH to the door the day it arrives. Grrr. I can't wait. I am even not as nice to my duo anymore. How pathetic is that? I am a diaperbag loser.

I'm loving the dash and I don't even have it yet(mine is also back-ordered). I was at BuyBuy Baby today and I saw them IRL. It's the perfect size---just what I've been looking for. And I love your color. BuyBuy baby(in Totowa) have black, brown, ice blue and charcoal in stock.
Thanks for the great review and for the photos. They're very helpful!

Wait, are you telling me that they have the chocolate in stock at BBB in Totowa? Did you see it? Is it a good brown?
I might have to go today.

I love that store!
