REI Musette Bag?

Has anyone seen one of these or tried it on? It looks interesting to me, just trying to decide whether it warrants a trip to REI.

I actually did look at this bag when my DS was a newborn & I was carrying A LOT with me all the time.
It's been a long time...but from what I remember I liked all the pockets & organization...but decided against the bag b/c it was just a bit too big for me.
I guess I am not much help...
But, if you're looking for a BIG bag...you might want to go check it out.
