Pics of the small, medium, and large totes.

According to their website, specs are as follows:

External dimensions
Small: 12 in W x 10 in H x 5.5 in D, 1.78 lb
Medium: 14.5 in W x 11 in H x 8 in D, 2.46 lb
Large: 16.5 in W x 12.75 in H x 8.5 in D, 2.5 lb
Extra-large: 20 in W x 14.5 in H x 9 in D, 2.64 lb

These bags are great especially since they are machine washable/hang dry. The only downfall is that I wish they had exterior water bottle pockets and a little different interior organization, ie forget the organizer panel and use bigger pockets.

Thanks for the photos. I saw them IRL at REI and was wondering the same thing - why don't they just bag the "organizer" pocket and make larger ones throughout the main compartment. But this would be a great gym/beach bag. Have you decided which size you are keeping? Or maybe you will get all of them ;)!

My personal feeling is that T2 is not ever going to make a "mommy" messenger in the way we think a mommy messenger should be designed (deeper main compartment pockets, bottle pockets, etc.) - it just doesn't jive with their company branding...I guess if you were a bike messenger (and re. coolness factor, not too many bike messengers have T2s anymore), you wouldn't want to share a bag with a bunch of moms - LOL!

If you are still thinking about a big (messenger) bag with organizer pockets - courierware (www.courierwareusa.com) wrote back to me that they could probably customize the front flap of their messenger bags - and all their messengers have 3 internal "bottle" -type pockets and one pocket along the rear interior of the bag....

The small tote is going back for sure, but I'm still debating between the medium and the large. I've got a fleurville ST coming hopefully soon and if that is close in size to the medium, I don't really need it. And the ST has much better organization from what I've heard. The large size might be good if I'm gone all day visiting and I want to put everything I need in 1 big bag. There wasn't much of a size difference between the small and medium, but there is a much bigger difference the medium and large.

As far as messenger bags go, I'm not a huge fan of the flap, but dakine makes one that looks like it might be good for a diaper bag and its not really expensive or masculine looking like some of the others. http://www.ebags.com/dakine/messenger_bag_small/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=12789 Dakine also has several other smaller girl bags that look interesting. If you go to ebags, look up dakine and check out the girl bags link. They have a feminie sporty look to them, and several come in a pink combo color.

I was packing up my bags and checking them out, and the medium tote is going to go back as well. I can fit more into the lands end convertible messenger, and I actually like the organization much better on it as well. Almost as much stuff can fit into my dakine helix backpack, stuff is better organized and easier to get to than on the medium tote as well. Also, it is much more comfortable to wear and doesn't feel as heavy.
