I've gone through a lot of messengers in my time, and here are a few that always keep a place in my stash.

SKIP HOP BAGS (www.skiphop.com)- The Duo, Expo, and Dash are all awesome bags by Skip Hop. They hold a lot, have great organization, are lightweight, and very functional. These attach to your stroller or shopping cart. Buy a strap pad if you'll be wearing it for more than 5-10 minutes (I like the Timbuk2 strap pads).

LOOM Marsupial (www.loomlife.com)- Very well-made, high-quality construction, fabulous design overall, quiet magnetic closures, comfortable strap, lots of space, best bottle holders around.

FLEURVILLE Alpha 7 (www.fleurville.com)- recently retired and replaced by the Sling Tote. I loved the Alpha 7 for its perfect proportions, great organization, light weight, and backpack conversion. I wasn't crazy about the velcro closure, but you can't have it all. I was a fan of the vinyl ones (blue chocolate and pink chocolate). I can't wait to see the new Sling Totes!

TIMBUK2 MESSENGERS (www.timbuk2.com)- the "work horse" bags! Simple design, high-quality, awesome construction, waterproofness, and a lifetime guarantee. Little/no organization though. Loved the easy adjust strap and accessories. The "medium" is huge and replaced my Fleurville Mothership. The Metro Mini is the perfect size for a quick errand- even has a mesh bottle holder. I now have a Marina as my laptop bag. I love everything about Timbuk2!

Land's End Little Tripper (www.landsend.com)- I've only tried the "old style" but I found it to hold a whole lote, have great organization, high-quality construction, and great accessories, all for under $30. A great bag, and you really can't go wrong with it. Not as "fun" and "cute" as some of us like, but it really gets the job done.

HAIKU BAGS (www.haikubags.com)- My personal #1 pick for more than one kid in diapers. Tons of space, great design, high-quality, waterproof lining, cute fabrics, tons of organization, comfortable strap. The strap doesn't adjust, but I think it hangs at a good height on my 5'2" body. Think Fleurville Mothership with less "bulk", less weight, and a longer strap. I love the matching cosmetic case. I look forward to seeing more designs from this company.

Now you add your thoughts and faves!!!!

I love my diaperdude. Although, as a heavy packer, it doesn't hold enough for me, but it is super cute, and very comfy to carry. I am still for a "perfect messenger" but sporty. But I need to be able to carry a lot without the bulk. I am always one to say...."what if I need this...." . But for most, the diaper dude would hold plenty. I recommend it!

I've thought about trying out the new Diaper Diva. I like the new patterns!

I have the LE LT and I love it! It's my everyday bag. It fits everything I need for my 8 month old for a day out and about. It's very durable and DH doesn't mind carrying it! And of course for the price you can't beat it!
