Small cooler bag to fit in diaper bag....Any suggestions?

Now that summer is coming, I definitely need a small cooler bag to keep Sammy's food cold for trips on the go. I saw some nice ones at BRU but they were a bit too big. I'm looking for one that has good insulation to really keep things cold, but yet isn't too bulky or deep that reaching in is a pain. It won't be long before we're hitting the 90's in Florida!

Any suggestions? TIA!
