Has anyone been able to reach Grace from Patemm pads lately?

I need to exchange my pad, but she's not answering my emails. I sent one on Friday and one yesterday morning. I'm wondering if maybe she's out of town or something.

I called and left her a message yesterday too- still no answer!


Editing to say I just got a call from her- she's been out of town on business and is crazy busy. I guess they just did a story on her for People magazine, and she's getting bombarded with emails.
