Skip Hop Expo-extra strap?

I just got my Skip Hop Expo and I am really happy with it. I based my decision to get it on previous posts...Thanks for the info!

Anyways, I have a question....what the strap used for that is located above the changing pad pocket? Can't seem to figure it out.

Hi,

I was wondering too when I got my bag. That strap is to hold on to while you clip it off
the stroller, or as a quick grab strap if you have to take it off but don't have time to
put shoulder strap on.
