Okay so I think that I need to do something different from what I am doing now.
I
take my diaper bag which has varied lately from a SH Dash to a Chester tote,
with me
every where even if it is just a trip to Walmart. I never use most of the
things in there
so I am think that I need something smaller. I have a little tripper but it is
not very
fashionable. What I would need to have with me is 2 diapers, wipes case and
disposable changing pad. A sippy cup, 2 snack traps ( my dd snacks a lot), my
hand
santizer which is small, and my stuff.. cell phone, wallet and small thin
planner.

So do I need to look for a small diaper bag or a purse that could fit this
stuff... maybe
and un apres ingrid style or something like that. I don't know I am open to all

suggestions. I just really need some advice because I haven't bought small
before,
always on the larger side.

Thanks for you wonderful help !!!

I love my little toddler tote for quick runs to the store. You can usually find a lot of handmade ones on e-bay.

Any preferences on style or material, zip top or open?
The 2redhens tote is nice....hen size for what you need....I recommend one without fringe...the fringe comes off on everything...other than that, they have tons of cute fabrics.

I use a handmade tote I have had since I was 5, about the size of a 2RH hen tote. Also just got my hen bag in the mail 2 days ago and have been loving it for quick trips with my 2yo!

I packed the following:
1 1/2 liter water bottle
1 9 oz. sippy cup
big bag of Craisins
small snack bag of Fig Newtons (Mommies need snacks, too :) )
large bottle of baby sunscreen
2 Matchbox cars, 2 BK happy meal Little Tikes vehicles
pen, wristlet (Fleurville, so on the smaller side)
small newspaper/magazine folded in half
small chunky book

I think a couple of other really small things, like shopping lists, etc. There is not much internal organization to speak of, but I have quickly found that for these quicker trips, it is perfect, small and lightweight, and I can just throw stuff in and go!

HTH!

Hmmm I never thought of a Red Hen... I have no preference as to material or anything else just something cute that will hold what I had listed.
Where can I see these bags?

You can view the different fabrics at 2redhens.com

Also, you can find out online stores that carry the bags and selection. HTH!
