Hi, baby bag gurus!
I need your advice.

My family and I will be traveling to the East Coast this fall. My dd's will be 6.5, 4, and 1.5 by then. I have a ST that I use everyday, but I'm wondering if I'll be able to carry everything I need for day-long outings. We will have a rental car, so I could stash extra diapers, etc. in a separate bag. Here's what I'll probably need to carry:

2-3 diapers
wipes
small pouch for 1st aid, ointment, etc.
mommy stuff - wallet, cell phone, sunglasses, lip balm
light jackets for the 3 girls
sippy cup
a couple of juice boxes
snacks

I wouldn't mind purchasing a new, larger bag if it's $50 or less. Any suggestions? I was looking into the Skip Hop Dash, but I'm not sure if it would hold much more than the ST. Or the LE DIA? I haven't seen either IRL, though I've seen an Expo and Duo.

TIA for all your help!

I don't care for the skop hops because they are tall but not very deep (front to back). I think the llbean bag would work well for you. I have not seen this bag but have read some good posts on it.

I saw the LE DIA at our local sears so you could check it out. I didn't like the fact that you have to unzip it all the way and then it takes both hands to zip it back up (due to the Dr bag type opening). Also wasn't crazy about organization and the fact it has no pockets to keep bottles cool/warm.
Also check out theese bags at babies/toys r us.

I think the Baby Sherpa is great for day outings. It's got the cooler so you can pack your own snacks and such. It's also super comfy. I have a bad back/neck and I can wear this thing fully loaded all day easily. You might be able to get away with a short haul since your kids are older.

I think one reason it's so comfortable is that since the cooler is separate in the bottom, it keeps everything from falling to the bottom of the bag, so the weight is distributed more evenly. Does that makes sense?! Also, the straps are very nicely padded. You can sometimes find them for a good price on ebay.

You may also want to consider the Chelsey Henry weekender bag- I just used it on a plane trip and love it. Here is a link to the review I posted:
