I was at Tuesday Morning a couple of days ago and they had a diaper holder that included a gel pack that you heat up to warm your wipes. It also had 2 little pockets on the sides which could be used for pacis.
Certainly not as cute as the Diapees and Wipees, but also only $4.99. Came in black and taupe. Don't know how well the gel pack would heat the wipes since they are in a plastic case (not included BTW) but I guess for $4.99 it might be worth it if you like your wipes warm.
