Background: I e-mailed Christie from Diapees & Wipees on Monday about getting the wrong item, and hadn't heard. The ever wonderful mommies on BabyBags suggested I call so here's what happened:
I called this morning and left a message. Several hours later the
owner called me back and said she had e-mailed me yesterday and she was so sorry I didn't get the e-mail. She mailed out the correct one to me yesterday and I could keep the mistake one. I couldn't thank her
enough. I thought that was amazing Customer Service. I should add
that within our 5 minute conversation she apologized 5 times for me not receiving her e-mail.
Order on ladies she's a great person to deal with. I believe that CS
is 85% of your business and am so sad when CS is so overlooked. I
loved telling you my happy ending b/c she deserves all of the business
she gets. :)
