Replacement strap for SKIP HOP DUO diaper bag?

Hi folks,

Anyone know where/how one can get a replacement shoulder strap for the Skip Hop Duo? Mine broke the other day (the clip part) and now I'm completely paralyzed. :o I love this bag, and use it all the time for running errands, etc. (even without baby in tow!). Any advice will be much appreciated.

Definitely give skip hop a call. I called them earlier in the year when I lost my strap and they sent it out immediately.

I just have to add how great their customer service is. I lost the strap for my SH Dash and I called them and they sent it to me right away(without charge).
That's a GREAT customer service right there! Make me love my DASH more! :-)
