Thanks to you all I have a Timbuk2 that I love for my diaper bag! (I have the medium and it holds a ton of stuff.) But now I'm thinking I need a small bag for the park. We'll be walking since it is just a couple houses down and across the street and DS is 2.
(The park is under renovation so we've been taking the stroller to parks farther away and I use it to store my "essentials." But the nearby park is scheduled to reopen next month.)
I think I will still want to take a diaper, wipes, water to drink and maybe a small snack with us on a regular basis. Also, would be nice if it fit my cell and keys so I'm not cramming them in my pockets. Doesn't need to be a diaper bag, per se, and I don't really need any interior organization for this.
I'm picturing a small nylon/microfiber tote with an exterior water bottle pocket, but am open to other ideas. Price is definitely a big factor, especially since this would be just a park bag.
