Hello experts!
I am looking for a diaper bag that is structured (not floppy) and is the right size to take with you to run a couple of errands or go out to dinner. Basically, I want enough room for a changing pad, couple of bottles, a couple of diapers, a travel sized container of wipes, a bib, a couple of board books or small toys, a wallet, a cell phone, keys and that's about it. I can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. Either they are the shape I like but enormous or the size I want but too floppy. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks!
Bailey

Hi,

I have been here posting on shopping cart covers but look at these:

I noticed it is specifically for small errands or if you don't need a larger bag. I don' t know how they are, as I have the shopping cart cover.

Good Luck,
Danielle

Bailey-
Have you checked out the Lands End bags? http://www.landsend.com/cd/fp/prod/0,,1_2_1943_47583_89159_67606_5:view=-1,00.html?sid=8288162365295192021&CM_MERCH=SRCH

The little tripper might work. I've never seen it IRL, but the Do-it-all, which is bigger is not floppy.

Whenever someone wants a "structured" bag, my first thought are LOOM bags. They are so well made and not floppy at all. For what you want, the Bandicoot is a great choice. It will fit what you want to carry, easily. The Marsupial would be great too, but it's definitely larger than the Bandicoot.

Have fun shopping!

I have the LE Little Tripper and I would say that it is pretty structured. When it is empty, it stands up on its own. (However, if you look at the LE site, they say the Little Tripper is "updated." I have the old one.)

It comes with a changing pad and a wet bag. I carry 5 diapers, 2 burping diapers, a change of clothes, a hat, wipes, a toy and my cell and wallet. There are bottle holders on both sides.

I am not sure if the "update" one will be the same though.

HTH!

I have the Lands End Little Tripper and love it, but I'd consider it moderately floppy. It has about as much structure as your typical backpack (Jansport, LL Bean, etc). It will stand up, but if it were empty, you could easily compress it or probably even fold it. If it isn't too floppy for you, it's sized just right for what you carry.
