I am wondering about the Bumble Bag Messenger in Blue Latte. I have only seen the pink stripe in real life - how does the fabric wear? Is it plasticy? I REALLY don't want an ugly diaper bag - I would like one that looks purse-ish but is still functional for what I am using it for. I also don't want an overly huge bag.

Thanks Ladies! Here it is, for those who need a reminder of what it looks like - http://www.bumblebags.com/jessica_blue_latte.html. It looks like a cool, Asian style fabric on the site to me, but again - haven't seen it!

PS - I am a first timer due in Nov so I really am a newbie to this stuff!!!

I ordered one from Wild Child, and I can't wait to get it. It should be in stock again in mid-Sept. I'll post feedback once it's here.

I have a Jessica in Blue Latte. My opinion: the fabric is beautiful!
It wears very well, smooth but still durable.
I'll tell you, I love the brocade Kecci and Petunia Pickle Bottom bags. However, some of the fabrics, espcially with the gold thread, aren't such a good match with my conservative taste. So while I feel that my blue latte B.B. is cetainly not as "breathtakingly beautiful" as some of the PPB bags, it's definetly a better fit for me. Also, while most people don't have problems with their PPB or Kecci bags, there have been posts about the fabric snagging. It seems that the fabric on the bumble bags is more durable.
