Happy Target find!
In the pet department! Although I did not get this dispenser specifically (ours is dogbone shaped) the idea is the same. I had been buying the bags on the roll from the baby department and have found that the ones in the pet department are much cheaper! No baggies floating around my diaper bag and it is small enough to latch onto the bag handle so I can get to it quickly.
