Question about Posh Baby Ultimate Diaper Bag

I am expecting my first baby and am interested in purchasing a Posh Baby Ultimate Diaper Bag. I have not been able to find a good picture of the shoulder strap. Is there any padding on the strap? My concern is that the bag is on the larger side and fully packed may weigh quite a bit. I don't want a sore shoulder everyday!

I have a Posh and I really like it. I'm using it for travel at the moment but I'm planning on using it as my everyday bag when we start to carry more with potty training- it's a great size and has great organization. To answer your question, there is no padding on the shoulder strap. The bag itself is lightweight but it can get heavy when fully loaded. I'll have to defer to another mom's experience regarding using the shoulder strap. I prefer backpacks and primarily carry it as a backpack or hang it from my stroller.
