I am looking at buying a bike this spring and a bike trailer for DD who is almost 14-months. Need advice as I am not really sure which one is best w/o spending millions as well.

TIA

Not a suggestion on a specific trailer, but you might want to check out the thread in the bargains board for the trailer that's been on clearance in Target for approx $34. I saw a bunch in our local Target on Wednesday Night, so it's not too late to take advantage of the deal.

I have also been looking for a trailer lately. I posted here and was directed to the stroller board. I have narrowed it down to a Burley or a Cougar Chariot. If you search for "bike trailer" you can find the thread... It was pretty recent. Good luck.

Check out the stroller board. Some trailers convert to joggers/strollers, so there is info over there.

We have a Trek trailer, built by Chariot. If we didn't already have a jogger and a "fleet" of other strollers, I would have purchased a Chariot convertible trailer that converts to a jogger or a stroller (they also have attachments to convert to x-country ski trailers).

You'll also need to check out how they attach to your bike.

Good luck!
