I have the short haul and am taking it on a trip with DD this week. What would you like to know about it? Do you want pictures? So far I think it will work great. And the straps are really the most comfy backpack straps I have ever worn!

I'd love any photos or information you might have. How much will it hold, etc.? Do you have any photos of it on you? I want to make sure it's not too huge. Thanks!

I have the Baby Sherpa (not the shorthaul) and I really like it! Ebags has some really good pictures of the original and the shorthaul on their site. Some things I like on the Sherpa- the removable/interchangable side bottle holders (one is insulated, the other mesh, but you can order more from the company), the additional side pockets for other stuff (like pacies or favorite small toys), the jacket bungee (great for jackets, stuffed toys and blankies), the inside organization (I utilize the camcorder pocket for other things, but the pockets, etc work well for me), and the cooler comparment really keeps things cold/is well designed with a drainage hole . I wish it had a cell phone pouch on the strap, but you could add one to one of the loops on the straps. It is really comfy to wear; for me or dh. It is large though!

I am waiting to find a deal on a shorthaul (I missed Ebags sale on them recently). I want to be able to compare them, and I think for shorter trips it will suit me better.

The Outside Baby one has some nice features. It is about the size of the Baby Sherpa, so a big bag. The side pockets are only mesh. I love the colors and the cell phone pocket on the strap though!

GL deciding, the Shorthaul and Outside Baby bag look great though!

PS-I love the looks of the Outside Baby messenger bag too. It looks similar to the Skip*Hops (well maybe morphed with a bit of the T2 / Timbuk2) but without the need to remove the strap! Oh no, new bags to think about!!!! :-)

I have the Baby Sherpa (not the short haul though) and I like it. It is big, but it is great for trips and even for day excursions to your local zoo.

If someone has the Outside Baby Cooler Backpack, I would love to see pics, inside and out! None of the websites show the interior that I can find.

I can't speak to either of the Baby Sherpa Shorthaul or Outside baby (although I'm intrigued by both), but I have the Land's End Triple compartment backpack which is very nice, lots of organization, very lightweight, and comfy to wear. I could use a little more room (if it was only a couple of inches deeper!!!). I also just ordered the Safeline Skyline Backpack which has a removeable Mommy pocket that turns into a Mommy purse, which I think is a great feature when you want to leave the backpack on the stroller and you don't want to leave your valuables. The Safeline is shorter than the Land's End backpack, but it's a lot deeper. When I get the Safeline bag, I'll take pics and compare.

Good luck!
