Janie from Clutterbags custom makes them with pockets inside. Also, the Vera Bradley wristlet has an inner slip in pocket. You may want to check ebags, they have a quite a selection and something that would work for you too I am sure!

This past winter, I had found some really cute wristlets at Wal-Mart that have a small pouch to hold a folding-type cell phone (or a coupla lipsticks), three credit card holders, an inner space to hold keys and a small amount of $/papers, and an outer zip pocket for change. They are about 7" by 4" by 1.5". The wrist strap is removable, and I think these wristlets were under $10, in imitation pebble-grain leather trimmed with brass-type fittings. I got mine in a turquoise color and in a crimson color - both easy to spot when in a larger bag (e.g., my black VB quilted backpack). I also find that they can just fit into the front zip portion of the lands end LT bag.

Obviously, with Wal-Mart the selection changes from season to season, but you'd be surprised what you can find.

I have used one similar to this and love it. It has space for cc's and money in the zipper pocket, and the main compartment will hold a cell phone, lipstick, and a small keychain. I think I found mine at Dillard's.
