COnsidering I have already forked out over 300.00 in diaper bags... I was hoping there might be a cheaper bag similar to the Skip Hop bags...

TIA

A friend of mine got the Target version of the Skip hop Duo and it is falling apart after only using it a month. She isn't too happy right now.

I just got this bag: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=4994903 and I love it!!! To me is is similar to the Skip Hop Dash. I have a dash and have had many other very expensive bags and so far I am loving this one and have received more comments on it than any of my other bags. Not bad for $19.95

Didn't know Target made a versoin--but I will stay away from it.

Love the Walmart bag--cute.

I am looking for something more like the Duo.

BRU carries some knock-offs of the SHs too. It's hit or miss depending on whether your store carries that style or not. But I think the ones I saw were similiar to the Duo.

I just wanted to mention that I have the Target version of this bag, and love it. It shows absolutely no signs of wear and I have used it for a few months. I was surprised how well it's lasted considering the price. I feel guilty because I like it better than some of my more expensive bags.

So, it may be a matter of different lots of product or something.

I once bought the koala baby brand skip hop duo knockoff at BRU. it was nice looking, but fell apart w/ very light use... i saw the walmart bag IRL and it is cute!

Just wanted to put my 2 cents in.....

I have found that you can spend a lot on knock- offs and cheaper bags, and they do not often hold up as well, so you end up either getting the brand name bag or other cheaper bags, so you could have bought the good bag to begin with. IMO, the knock offs are never as good as the original. Usually you really do get what you pay for.

Just a thought.

There is an Adidas version of the Dash available at some Marshall's stores. Mine had light pink. I think they were about $20.

That's why I like this board, it's always good that people have different experiences and different opinions : )

I've had the target version for over a year, and use it to death, and it is going strong! No problems at all.

Hi Tara. This bag is very cute and I am very into the brown and blue right now. How does it attach to the stroller? Is it heavy to carry fully packed?

nak...there are straps on the back side that attach it to the stroller. there is a large back pocket that they tuck away in so you don't have to see them. I think it is pretty light packed up and I am a heavy packer.
hth!
