Pottery Barn and Gap Diaper bags

Does anyone have any feedback on the pottery barn kids diaper bags or Gap diaper bags? I really like the styles but not sure about actual functionality of the bags. This is my first baby. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My best friend LOVES her PBK bag. So much so that I got one. It is big enough to get through the day without being huge. She got the black one, though I got the red. I like that it can become a backpack if you needed it to in a pinch and had bottle insulators as well as outside bottle pockets. And, it is more dad-friendly than the Fleurville one I really wanted (plus cheaper). Dh claimed he would never carry the pink stripe sling tote. There were more colors on the web than my local store had.

My baby isn't here yet, so I can't give a parent persepective. Good luck!
