PPB Valet Stroller Clips For Touring Tote?

I am interested in purchasing the PPB Touring Tote, however, do I need to purchase the Valet Stroller Clips in addition to the Touring Tote? Just was looking at Babystyle.com and they make it look like you need to purchase the Valet Clips in addition to the tote. Anyone who has a tote out there, please let me know. Thanks!

The clips come with the bag. Babystyle also sells the clips separately if you want to use them to attach the Boxy.
