Whose initials do you monogram on the diaper bag, the mother of child or the babys initials? Please help...thanks..

I have one from ebay and had my initial put on it. First, I'm the one carrying the bag, not the baby. Second, I'm about to have my second kid so then who's initials would it be? They won't have the same first initial. But for my DD's bag of stuff she takes to Mother's Day Out, it has her monogram since she uses it. But I also use my diaper bag as my purse.
