SHDD Pocket Question

I just bought the SHDD and I'm wondering what is that slim pocket used for in the back of the bag next to the pocket with the changing pad? It's such an odd shape pocket.

A wipes case and a diaper (or two) fit nicely in there. It's handy being next to the changing pad, no need to dig inside the bag. It's nice and deep too so nothing is sticking out.
