Will my stroller (Mac Quest) close with a Skip Hop Saddlebag attached?

That's it, that's my question. I'd like to get one, but I'm assuming that it needs to be taken off to close the stroller. Also, does it make it even more tippy than it already is?

I have heard that it doesn't work well on the Techno. It doesn't stay velcroed when closing the stroller so maybe it would not work on the Quest either. Just a guess though.
I would think the saddlebag (positioned on the side) would make your stroller less tippy if you had stuff of any weight inside- especially if you had one on either side of the stroller. The Carry You saddlebags, which I also have, are made of a thinner material so would work on any stroller. This may be a better fit for the Quest.
