I need to buy a shopping cart cover as a gift for a 1 yr old. I want to spend $50 dollars for the gift. I have a buggy bagg for my DD and have been happy with it. We started using it when she was 6 months so the included pillow came in handy but we don't use it anymore and don't know if its necessary. I found the buggy bag online for $55 w/ free shipping so I could go with that but I thought you guys might have some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

i have found like 3 different ones on ebay that are nice, did you check there? this is the one i have and i think its great quality. i use something else for highchairs (which i would recommend so food isnt in the equation which would cause you to need to wash it often) so i literally looks brand new and is about a year old. there are lots of others on there, jsut pick someone with lots of feedback. hth!!!

oh and i wanted to add my daughter is 26 months and we have used it all winter with boots on. the leg openings are great, and i would def recommend looking at the openings of anything you consider and make sure they are big enough for an older child with shoes on.

I ADORE my Sewcutebotique cover and use it DAILY. Some of its nicest features are the easy strap system (hooks on to cart, no need to thread belt through), clip-on pillow (never gets dropped or lost), extra loops for clip-on toys, and nicely placed mommy pocket. It is also very very soft and plush. I would buy another in a heartbeat.

ETA I posted a full review and pictures here:

www.sewcuteboutique.com

When I try to go to this site, it gives me an error - I found ohsocuteboutique.com that I assume is the same thing, except that I can't see all the features on their shopping cart covers that other moms are noting in their posts...just want to make sure I am getting the right one!!!
