I saw this bag while shopping for a diaper bag.

Not sure if anyone has any experience with it, reviews what not?
I need to get a diaper bag with stroller straps and right now the only ones I think I like are the Skip Hop Dash and possible the Duo. This Outside Baby one seems nice but I'm not sure. I don't want to spend too much on a diaper bag either. I just need one that I can hang from my double stroller since all the bags I have been using won't fit in the basket underneath the seats.
Any one with reviews on this bag? Or suggestions for an inexpensive diaper bag with stroller straps?
